What is the difference between short and long term stays?

Long term rentals - 12mo + : you take over the utilities, total rent doesn't include utilities.
Short term rentals - under 12 mo: price is all inclusive of utilities.

Do you offer any rentee specific discounts?

Yes! We offer discounts to medical professionals and active duty military, as well as veterans.

Are there any additional fees the tenant pays?

There are fees and a security deposit that the tenant pays, but that price is customized on a per-contract basis.

Do you have any pet friendly properties?

While we love furry friends, we do not currently have any pet friendly properties.
